Terms & Conditions

1. Service Visits

All service visits in Patna are subject to a mandatory inspection fee. This fee covers the technician's travel and initial diagnostic time. Any parts required for repair will be charged separately after your approval.

2. Warranty Policy

We provide a 30-day service warranty on all manual labor performed by our technicians. Warranty on spare parts (filters, pumps, membranes) varies by manufacturer and will be clearly stated on your service invoice.

3. AMC Terms

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover 3-4 routine services per year. The contract does not cover damages caused by physical breakage, high voltage issues, or if the unit is serviced by an external technician during the contract period.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a safe working environment and stable water/power supply for the RO unit. Ensure all payments are cleared immediately after the service is completed.
