Refund Policy
1. Service Cancellation
You can cancel your service booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund of any advance payment (if applicable). Once the technician has reached your location, the standard visiting/inspection fee is non-refundable.
2. Spare Parts & Replacement
Refunds or replacements for spare parts are only applicable if the part is found to be defective within its specific warranty period. Physical damage caused after installation by external factors is not covered under the refund policy.
3. AMC Plan Refunds
Refunds for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you choose to cancel your AMC midway, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the cost of services already provided and a small administrative fee.
4. Process for Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at +91 8210590803 or email us at support@srishtiro.com with your service bill/invoice. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Service charges for one-time repairs and cleaning are generally non-refundable once the service is successfully completed and verified by the customer at the site.
